Our entire shower range comes with a 10-year PRODUCT guarantee. This guarantee covers defective materials and workmanship in the manufacture of the shower.
With us there is no ‘passing the buck’ from manufacturer to shower installer or vice-versa. When one of our installers or approved contactors installs a shower, it is also covered by a 10-year INSTALLATION guarantee, covering the workmanship of the installation.
So, in the unlikely event you face an issue with your shower, just get in touch and we’ll look in to it straight away.
